A multi-disciplinary visual artist, this will be Stan’s 2nd solo show with the gallery.
Unbiased as to materials when executing projects, concept and process drive the work. His tools range from metal trowels, power tools, propane torches and mediums as diverse as house paint, stone, wood, rubber and found objects.
From Stan – “Our quest for knowledge has a quality of tricksterism that continually moves the goal posts. We aim to identify ourselves as a fixed point in a three-dimensional realm, while possibly existing in many dimensions simultaneously. Between science and shamanism we catch glimpses of clarity that encourage us to continue the quest.”
