We are excited to announce the upcoming solo exhibition of acclaimed Newfoundland-based artist, Michael Massie. Known for his three-dimensional works, this exhibition will feature an unveiling of his first ever print, along with drawings, and paintings. Massie’s experimentation across a variety of media have been a constant in his art making. Drawing inspiration from the sketches he creates for his sculptural works, Massie highlights two-dimensional media as the foundation of his artistic practice across all forms. Revisiting themes of humour and personal stories, Massie shines a light on the inner workings of his practice as an art maker.
